The second of my characters is known in Russia as Pyotr Kuznetsov, but you can call him Zemlya (means Land in Russian). Part of a global space program meant to explore the universe while promoting peace between countries, Pyotr was chosen by his Russian government as their patriot. While in space he and his teammates were sent on a mission to illiminate a threat and to make a LONG story short he and his teammates were granted powers after they crashed to earth, his power is the ability to manipulate his body structure to match that of sand and can control…to an extent…the terrain around him.

The nature of his powers remain unknown but he appears to be highly resistant to physical damage. It is rumored that Dauntless was once a member of the military, but other than his chosen attire and name, no one knows for sure. Dauntless has apparently targeted terrorist groups operating on American soil.

Joles K'seir Milandred (The 'joles k'seir' part is the modified name of a real historical person who died relatively the same way this guy did, sort of as a subtle reference; see if you can figure out who) was born to a peasant family who never was fond of the government at the time (no one was). The family name, Milandred, in the ancient language, means "friend to the friendless." Anyway, the rebels at the time weren't very organized, and as a result, didn't achieve much. Joles's father regularly worked to make weapons of all kinds for whatever rebel group came to him, and Joles was often his apprentice, a job in which he learned how to make his favorite projectile: grenades (which were primitive to our standards). Eventually, the dictator of the country found out about what Joles's father had been doing. However, the townspeople were close friends with the Milandred family, and when the troops came, the people fought back. Almost everyone was killed, including Joles's family, had been killed, and the brave yet inexperienced Joles vowed revenge. He decided to organize the survivors into his own rebel army, and eventually that rebel army had joined with the other rebel groups. During the early days of the rebellion, people were brainwashed through fear into believing that the rebels were actually a band of barbarians from the north, bent on killing everyone. Thus, when the dictator started drafting the people, they complied less reluctantly than they would have otherwise. Around that time, Joles had already had some success in capturing a fort. When he learned that civilians had been tricked into joining the dictator's army and were tasked to recapture the fort, however, he convinced the other rebels to abandon the fort, leaving behind a note on the front gate telling the attacking army that he simply could not let even one innocent civilian, armed or not, die because of him. This caused the people to suspect that these "murderous barbarians" were actually the good guys, but they still felt powerless to help the rebels. Only a slow trickle of new recruits came into the rebel army at a time, but Joles remained dutiful to his cause of overthrowing the dictator. And on the other side, the dictator became more dedicated to using fear to prevent the rebels from reaching their goal. There were still some towns whose people sided with the dictator, and Joles needed to show them once and for all that he stood for justice and not the destruction the dictator wanted to associate him with. Joles saw that even those loyal to the dictator had gone hungry while the dictator focused his efforts on increasing his army's strength. So he eventually gathered his army on a siege to the capitol, to distract the dictator's army outside the gates. Meanwhile, Joles and several dozens of others had slowly started stealing food from the dictator's personal granaries (which the dictator never shared the contents of, EVER) and smuggling the food outside the city to the poorer areas of the nation. The people were then finally convinced that they, too, should support Joles K'seir Milandred. The rebels keeping up the siege were exhausted at that point, but little by little, support came directly from the people, until everyone who wasn't already being paid by the dictator was fighting against the dictator. Eventually, the rebel army managed to storm the city, and Joles personally killed the dictator. Unfortunately, the dictator's corrupt advisors and other high-ranking officials remained hidden after the battle, and right after the crowning ceremony for Joles K'seir Milandred, they killed the nation's new king in his own palace. Joles, however, had raised a family during the revolution, and his son, Augstrus Ofketvadien Milandred, became the new king, ever loyal to the standards his father lived up to, and he didn't even need to issue the order to execute the people who killed his father, for the people were already eager to avenge their beloved hero. Joles K'seir Milandred uses a heavy mace in battle (bigger than in the picture; think of Huang Gai's weapon from the Dynasty Warriors series), and is able to effectively wield it in one hand, freeing the other arm for a slightly smaller shield. The shield is strapped to his arm like a bracer, allowing him to use his left hand to throw homemade grenades which he carries on his belt. He uses a mix of heavy and light armor to maximize protection and mobility. As for his role in the RPG, I'm actually making him a historical figure with a very developed story. In the RPG, his son is now an old man, and while he's dedicated as ever to upholding the values of his father, corruption is starting to take hold in a city in his nation, without him even knowing.

NSA Agent Veronica Miles was a Volunteer for the US Goverments Super Soldier project a Project that was an attempt to increase strength, Endurance, and Agility in the test subjects. With Veronica all these things were sucessful however there was an expected additional transformation in Veronica. For some unknown reason the experiment gave this one, and only this one subject the ability to generate and control the element of fire. Already an Agent of the Goverment Veronica was trained in the use of her new abilities and teamed with other super powered agents to for Team USA. Given a patriotic costume and Dubbed Lady Liberty Verionic is now entrenched in the battle for Truth, Justice, and the American Way!

Thomas Ambrosius, is a decendent of the famed and infamous arch wizard Merlin Ambrosius and hier to his power. Since a young boy Thomas was drawn to the accult, a subject that greatly worried and concerned his family whom forever sought to discorage this interest even to the point of weekly visits with a physiologist all to no avail. Magic was in Thomas blood and nothing was more powerful then that instinctive need, that primial urge to transend the known and reach into the unknown. Though Thomas thirst for knowledge and the power of magic were never deminished they went largely unfullfiled until his twentith brithday when his legacy was realized. In a dream Thomas stood within the center of stonehenge and was visited by the spirit of Merlin. The Ancient wizard explained to Thomas his heritage, that he was infact the Wizards many many many great grandson of the a time of change was upon the world and it was time that power of Merlin was once more known to the world and thus the Wizards was awakening that power in him, his heir. Upon awaken Thomas remebered the dream vividly, but more importantly he knew magic now, not that stuff found in new age books at your local mega book store chain, no he knew REAL magic. Thomas understood the power, the techniques, all the little tricks and twists of the Talent, but more importantly he understood the responsibility of weilding it and why it was now needed. Drawing on that accient power he fasioned himself a costum and naming himself Brittanica set out to once again show the world what the word Magic really meant and to he hopes followin in his ancesters foots steps and aid the world into becoming once more into a place of peace.

William Oliver Rights, AKA Bill O Rights, is the Superhero known to the world as Constitution. Williams Parents were very Patriotic and had a bit of a strange sense of humor. When william was born and having the last name of Rights his parents simply couldn't resist the urge to name there first born son after the US Constitutions Bill Of Rights. Little did his parents know how that simply little joke was going to shape there sons lofe. You See William was a Mutant as he would discover later after years of torrment by his school mates about his name. One day at the tender age of 15 when the teaseing finally erupted into violence Williams powers were triggered for the first time. William throughly wiped the floor with the bully that picked the fight with him that day for you see on that day he discoverd that he had the ability to surround himself with an energy feild that could absorb the harmlessly impact of most attacks made against him, thus the bully couldn't harm him. Eventually word of William made it back to the Goverment whom convince his parents it was in the childs best interest to be taken into protective custody so he could be taught control of his abilities. After years of training our boy was ready to become a feild agent in the Goverments continueing battle against rogue Mega-Humans. As both a play on his real name and because his powers in a sense grants him a greater endurance when in battle He is Dubbed Constitution and sent forth with her proverbial Sword of Justice to battle Evil on behalf of Good Old Uncle Sam.
